See the process below to learn more about the operational workflow we use to provide equipment donations to classrooms in need.
We receive both monetary and equipment donations from supporters in our community.
We inspect the equipment we receive from our generous donors for both quality and feasibility of use in a secondary education classroom.
If the equipment is appropriate for use in a secondary education classroom, we clean and pack it to be shipped to it's new home.
If it is determined that the equipment is not suitable for use in a secondary education classroom, we prepare the item for auction. The proceeds from auction sales are used to support operational expenses, such as shipping goods to classrooms.
Our available equipment is matched to a classroom, based on educator needs reported through our Educator Network Portal.
Clean, working equipment is sent directly to the classroom or education program at no cost to the educator.
